Needlepoint Finishing: Accessories

In this workshop, come learn to finish one of the following accessories:  Zippered Clutch, Eyeglass Case, Stocking or Scissor Case! Bring your own stitched and blocked canvas to class and instructor Kelly Starke will show you how to finish your needlepoint project.

During class, students will learn to cut and bevel foam core, cut and dart needlepoint and fabric, and assemble all the elements of their project. Other skills covered: Learn to use a curved needle, how to center and align a monogram, and add cording.

12:30 – 3:30 PM

Note: Students must bring a completed stitched and blocked canvas to class. Projects will use hand cording and not self-welt.
