Thursday Needlepoint

Needlepoint, whether traditional or wildly creative, is having a big moment. Are you a beginner or do you have years of experience? In this class, stitch instruction is individualized to each student’s specific project and goals. If you want to learn about beading, working with silk ribbon, stitches to enhance, embroidery stitches for needlepoint, or the dozens of techniques available to the needlepoint artisan, we can do that too.  Instructor Caryl Freedman is happy to consult with a student about their project prior to class.

Thursdays, 8 Weeks, 09/21 – 11/30, 2023 – No class 11/02, 11/09

9:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 12:30 – 3:30 PM

Materials students need to purchase: Own canvas, threads, accessories, and usual stitching supplies.

Materials the Handicraft Club supplies:  Lights, magnifiers, and System 4 floor/table stands available for student use.
