The beauty is in the details when it comes to Nantucket Baskets. If you’ve ever wanted to learn, or need help finishing a project, then please join Michelle Shevlin for the art of Nantucket Basketry.
Students will learn how to set up, weave, attach the rim and add lashing to create their own Nantucket Basket heirloom.
This class is designed to be an inclusive studio for all skill levels. Please contact Michelle at 401.524.0704 to discuss your project, two weeks prior to the start.

9:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 12:30 – 3:30 PM
Materials students need to purchase: A list of supplies will be given to each student based on the project they select.
