Beginning Quilling: Fall Scene with Rebecca Siemering

Have you ever wondered how they make those beautiful cards with scrolled bits of paper? Learn the history of quilling and develop a small fall scene as a gift or for yourself. You will learn the basics of scrolling and various application methods to suit your style. This is a lovely craft you can spend an evening making and one that can travel with you. You will receive a small personal kit and instructions for further study.

Materials Fee: $25 if student needs a kit; $10 for paper and glue if student does not (payable to the instructor).
